NuMicro M0A23 microcontroller series by Nuvoton

The NuMicro M0A23 microcontroller series from Nuvoton Technology has been specially developed for use in the automotive industry and offers a wide range of functions for the development of advanced, energy-efficient systems capable of meeting the high requirements of the industry.

The 32-bit microcontrollers of the M0A23 series are based on the energy-efficient ARM Cortex-M0 core and therefore support up to 48 MHz frequency. They come in a compact package with a highly flexible digital pin function assignment, rich analog peripherals specially optimized for the integration into automotive systems, -40 ℃ to 125 ℃ operating temperature, 2.4V ~ 5.5V operating voltage, CAN 2.0B, and LIN interface for robust communication. 

With its wide operating voltage and extended temperature range, the NuMicro® M0A23 series is designed for rugged and high operating temperature applications such as 24 GHz mmWave radar, battery management systems (BMS), vehicle lighting, electric window controls and electrically operated seats.
